Howdy! Coming out from Sacramento to NOLA for first time on February 13-17. Which course is best to play, are there any grand masters who like to play early to show me around? Thx, Brad Elkins 916-397-7227

It’s tough to pick the best course, they’re all above average but not super-spectacular. If you like short courses that are easy to navigate, play City Park. If you like a course that’s tough to break par on, play Lafreniere Park…it’s a little tough to navigate without help though, make sure to download the map. Or if you want the full, play-in-a-Louisiana swamp experience with lots of par 4 and par 5 holes, play the John Houck-designed Parc Des Familles. If you’re looking for old folks to play in the morning, your best bet is to join NO Team DGC club on Facebook and post there.
